Thig air KUBUS, thig an seo

EN.:

No matter where I was with the KUBUS, no matter how loud it was around me, I always noticed this voice and she always called me quietly and cautiously. Only when I stood with my feet in the North Sea at the end of 2017 and the west wind whipped my face I knew that she spoke Gaelic and called me.

So I packed everything I needed, lifted the anchor and left. When the voice went down and finally fell silent, I knew I had arrived and it was West Scotland.
On my journey through the Highlands I was able to build the KUBUS six times and to be honest I would have liked to build the KUBUS six hundred times. Sometimes you just have to walk over the next hill, the next valley, the next mountain, the next river and you can expect something completely unexpected. It was almost a pain to have to choose one place because no place is like the other. And yet it was those six places that had a little more than the others.
And before you know it, the most precious thing you have is time.
So it’s time to make your way home and look into the rearview mirror for a long time to see this country for a moment longer!

Thanks to AtlasArts for supporting my search!
Thanks to Katrina from Camping Torvaig/Protree for giving me some good tips.
Thanks to Hugo for the invitation, I’ll get back to you with pleasure.
Thanks to Peter for the best and northernmost coffee I have had so far
And last but not least to Marina without whom this would not have been possible.

Oh come on! Do you hear that too…?
